Performance Based Bonuses

NovusCG strongly believes that all members of the NovusCG team should participate in the growth and success of the company. Performance Based Bonuses are paid bi-annually. The bonus periods are January 1 to June 30 (paid August 15), and July 1 to December 31 (paid February 15). Employees must be employed for a full six-month period in order to participate in the program. NovusCG will only pay out bonuses when it reaches its revenue and profit margin goals for the respective period.

Referral Bonuses

This program is designed to encourage employees to refer candidates for current openings at NovusCG by rewarding the employees who make referrals that result in hires. All NovusCG employees, except executive management, are eligible to participate in this program. NovusCG employees shall be awarded a referral bonus for each individual they refer, who is subsequently hired and remains with NovusCG for six months. To ensure proper crediting of referral bonuses, all referral resumes must be directed to recruiting@novuscg.com . The referral bonus amounts will be as follows: $1,000.00 for junior candidates, $2,000 for mid level candidates and $3,000.00 for senior candidates. The skill level for each of these candidates will be assessed during the recruiting process and determined by the Human Resources Director.

Tuition Assistance Program

All NovusCG employees are encouraged to continue their education. Employees are eligible to be reimbursed for any college level courses. The courses selected do not have to be job-related. All job-related courses, approved by an employee's manager, will not be counted toward this reimbursement. NovusCG will reimburse at a maximum of $2,500 annually to include tuition, registration, lab fees and books. There is no individual semester cap other than the $2,500 annual cap. Costs will be reimbursed only if the employee passes the course with a B average or above.

Certifications Program

All NovusCG employees are encouraged to continue their Professional Development by pursuing and achieving certifications in relevant technologies. Bonuses will be paid to engineers that pass these exams on their own time and of their own initiative. From time to time, NovusCG will have impromptu campaigns to push the engineering force toward certain certifications. These company-sponsored training and certification courses will not be bonused.
