Sean Garvey, a co-founder of the company and its Chief Executive Officer and President, is responsible for the overall management, growth, and strategic direction of NovusCG, the leading provider of vendor-neutral, independent enterprise storage consulting and engineering services and solutions.

Mr. Garvey, a 15-year veteran of the information technology sector, has guided NovusCG to an industry leadership position within three years of founding the company by assiduously following three core principles: 1. Hire the most competent enterprise storage environment consultants and engineers in the world; 2. Provide the highest possible level of customer service, always exceeding the client's expectations and; 3. Create a corporate culture and build relationships with customers and partners based on honesty, integrity, and trust.

Mr. Garvey was born in Dublin, Ireland, and currently resides in Manassas, Virginia with his wife, Rosanne, and their two daughters, Cecilia and Lucia.

Stephen O'Keefe is a co-founder of NovusCG and its Chief Operating Officer. He manages the day-to-day operations of the company, leading the Professional Services, Sales, and Software Solutions.

Mr. O'Keefe's responsibilities include defining, developing, and driving to market the complete array of consulting and engineering services and solutions NovusCG offers in support of the company's enterprise storage environment strategy. Additionally, O'Keefe also oversees NovusCG's technical and business partnerships with other industry leaders.

He and his wife, Paula, and their five children, reside in Manassas, Virginia.

George Village is NovusCG's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing its finance operations. In addition to being responsible for the company's audit, tax, and financial reporting functions, Village oversees NovusCG's overall risk, liquidity, and balance sheet management. He also manages NovusCG's banking relationships, including cash and debt management and cash flow forecasting, and oversees NovusCG's 401(k) plan. Village is based at NovusCG's corporate headquarters in Manassas, Virginia, and reports to NovusCG C.E.O. and President Sean Garvey.

Village joined NovusCG after accumulating twenty years of experience in the technology sector in the areas of management, accounting, consulting, and finance working for such companies as Arthur Andersen & Company, IBM, and EMC.

Mr. Village holds a PhD in Economics from The University of Notre Dame, an M.B.A., and a Bachelor's degree (Accounting) from Pennsylvania State University.

In his role as Vice President of Professional Services, William Edgar is responsible for managing and sustaining the performance of the industry's leading Professional Services organization. Mr. Edgar is also charged with building mutually beneficial customer and partner relationships, and maintaining NovusCG's standard-setting customer satisfaction levels.

Mr. Edgar oversees, from analysis and design to integration and management, the implementation of NovusCG's enterprise storage strategy for Global 2000 companies and the United States Federal Government in segments including Infrastructure Optimization, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuance, Compliance Management, and Managed Services.

Prior to co-founding NovusCG, Mr. Edgar worked in commercial and government IT consulting for BIS/Ciber, CSC, and the U.S. Federal Government. Mr. Edgar is a graduate of the University of Akron, and is currently completing an M.S. in Computer Science at American University.

Mr. Edgar lives in Oakton, VA with his wife Stefanie and their three children, Billy, Ainsley, and Katy.
