Developed with intellectual property derived from the day-to-day management of over 20 Petabytes of storage as well as years of industry-leading field experience, ESP™ enables NovusCG to rapidly deploy a suite of storage and backup industry best-practices throughout the client’s entire organization.

Delivered in an easy-to-use, highly-customizable Wiki engine, ESP™ is easily tailored to the specific requirements of a client's organization and, as such, efficiently directs staff through each of the steps needed to execute the client’s unique storage and backup operations.

In so doing, ESP™ employs NovusCG's "Many Solutions, One Way" methodology (i.e., while individual steps may differ from technology to technology, best practices are largely universal). This approach ensures that each best-practice standard is supplemented with as many technology-specific procedures as are required by the client. In this way, each client can also ensure that the optimal best-practices are always followed, providing for superior and consistent operational effectiveness.

NovusCG provides three levels of ESP™ integration services:

  • Rapid
    • Rapid installation of the ESP™ software with it's Storage and/or Backup modules
    • Staff Training on how to administer and customize ESP™ to meet the unique requirements of the client's organization
  • Integrated
    • Process consulting engagement to fully adapt ESP™ to the client's environment
    • Interviews held and client-specific best-practice gaps identified and corrected
    • Incorporation of the client’s business processes, organization, and roles into ESP™
    • Step-by-step appendices delivered for all applicable technologies
  • Managed
    • Same as "Integrated" but with ongoing quarterly process reviews
    • Ongoing (and applicable) technology updates
    • Ongoing reviews of the client’s organization, role, and responsibility alignments
    • Ongoing review of changes to the client’s overarching best practices
